I purchased my Premium version from their website over three years ago for around $100. The website advertised this version as "LIFETIME". I found out after three years that "LIFETIME" was only three years. The definition of "LIFETIME" is NOT three years; "LIFETIME" is fo the life of the original owner.
I contacted them and their response was, in essense, "tough. LIFETIME meaning three years is in the fine print. Too bad."
They lied. They falsely advertised their product. I threw away a hundred bucks on their software. Are these the kind of people you want to do give your money to?

I created a disk image of my recently failed 2 TB external hard drive and I am happy to recover my files on macOS Catalina. Very simple to use.

I had an external hard drive that didn’t mount, and I lost all the 10 GBs of data (mostly videos). I needed those files for my project. The quick scan was fast but the Deep scan took too much time to process. Such a life-saving tool.
