Getting fed up with these supposedly free apps. Now before I even download them I go to the dev's site and look around for pricing link. You find out that they are not free. Make another category that says their free only to download but they come with a price just like apps on MAS that at least say that they have in-app purchases or subsciptions.

This appears to be an enterprise-level application/service: "Access to a secure messaging portal is free for all licensed users and invited guests; at this time, there is no consumer version available for personal use. To log in to a secure messaging portal, you need to be invited. If you are expecting an invitation but have yet to receive it, please contact your organization’s IT administrator or the person from whom you were expecting the invitation."

I think "free" these days simply means, "free to download." This, versus pay up front and then download. Marketing once again has its day!
