ANSIFilter handles text files containing ANSI terminal escape codes.
- Command sequences may be stripped or interpreted
- Coloured output in HTML, LaTeX, TeX, RTF, and BBCode format
- Converts ANSI art (Codepage437, BIN, XBIN) to HTML, or RTF

- Line numbers do not trigger default style span in HTML
- Fixed line numbering in batch mode
- CLI: added --derived-styles option for HTML output
- CLI: added "self" argument to --anchors to generate self-referencing anchors
