CPU Dasher overview
CPU Dasher shows how powerful the CPU of your Mac is. It lists the basic device info and CPU info, Cache info, and OpenCL-related CPU and GPU info. CPU Dasher has a significant feature. It lists almost all the x86_64 instructions that can be used in user mode. Each shows the brief introduction and the minimum cycles and maximum cycles. Finally, CPU Dasher shows performance of some common algorithms such as matrix multiplication, sum, and several image processing algorithms.

Well, this little utility generates a metric ton of information. And if you know what any of it means, you're a better man than I am, Charley Brown. As for how powerful my CPU is, I can't see the forest for the trees. I already know the basics from About This Mac. As for the rest, it's Greek to me. ;-)
