Filemail for Mac

I forgot to add a rating. The review below was using the Filemail website. I have three Macs – running OSX 10.5 (14 year old Mac), OSX 10.9 (8 year old Mac), and OSX 10.11 (6 year old Mac), so the application can be run only on the final one. Some day I'll update the 10.5 mac when I've finished using a program with dedicated hardware attachment that will stop working if I upgrade the operating system.

I've used this application once to send edited videos recorded during a dance teacher training session to the supervisor and the candidate. No problem with the 7 day limit as you let the recipients know of the need to get the files within that time-frame. (You could always load them again.) So, the free service is not for permanent storage, but works fine especially if you need to send one file to multiple people in different time zones, who can retrieve the file when convenient to them.

Great software and I use it every time I want to send large files to friends or relatives. There’s no need to compress files and giving a week time to download files is enough and honest. Can’t be more pleased. Thanks.

What is free is essentially a limited trial version allowing its use only 7 days a month. For all days and more features the price ranges from $114/year to $180/ year
