WASTE OF MONEY. When my iPhone 12 wouldn't start up, despite showing no signs of physical damage, Reiboot seemed like a good option. I spent the $50, ran the program and it didn't fix the problem. Reiboot won't refund my money on the grounds that this may be a logic board issue, which is a physical defect rather than a software defect, therefore they don't cover it. I gave this product a fair shake and went through all the motions with customer service, but ultimately they're happy to take your money regardless of whether or not your problem gets solved.

Don’t buy this you’ll just lose you money. It didn’t work at all. The company does not honor the 30 day money back guarantee that they advertise. Dishonest company with a crap product.

You people should mention pricing before downloading not after. Waste of time. Downloaded 4gb then it says you need to pay to use.

What a waste of money!!! Just use iTunes and save yourself the embarrassment. All it does is puts your IOS device into DFU mode and resets back to factory settings saving about 1 minute of your time.

Scam ware. Downloaded the trial. Software did not work. I thought I cancelled. I was charged for a year’s subscription. A year later I was charged again and have resorted to legal proceedings to get off their auto renewal process. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this company.

Hi I bought a month's license of ReiBoot, to fix my iPhone 6s, but instead of fixing the issue, my iPhone stops starting after I did install the ReiBoot software or restore, so I could get my iPhone fixed and i lost 40$ !!

I was concerned by some of the negative comments on this site - but nothing else was working. Thankfully this did. I was concerned I had to pay up front but thanks to the many positive comments I took the plunge and am happy that I did. Shame Apple dont have diagnostic/repair tools to assist their customers - it's not like they don't make money out of our misplaced loyalty to their products

SCAM, I wanted to try the shareware before I buy. The software won't allow this. Wants you to buy software before it will work. My iPhone froze while dl upgrade apple software. This has been a known problem for some years, hello Apple !!! Seems like everyone these days are grifters, from lg corporations to small companies. I will not restore my phone by wiping it clean. Waste of time.

Have been unable to update my iPad Air 2 from 13.7. Tried every idea I could find on google with no success. Eventually and reluctantly I paid for ReiBoot and it updated to the latest (14.5.1) no problems. Very happy.
