You can already check your Fitbit daily stats from the menu bar because access to to the FitBit.com DashBoard is available from the menu bar. I sure will not waste my money on this one.

But doesn't the Fitbit App already do this and more? True it does use your browser after selecting the feature from the menu bar, but frankly I don't care as it is simple enough to activate a new tab or window. But then I also get Fitbit prefs, Sync and weekly reports as well. So if I sort of have to have the Fitbit App anyway, why double the menu bar real estate just to not having the browser launched as the description does not indicate it does anything more. than the official app. I am left with the impression that someone is trying to collect eggs from a barren hen.
