Colour Contrast Analyser helps you determine the legibility of text and the contrast of visual elements, such as graphical controls and visual indicators.

Awesome. Has color pickers. Great way to assure standards compliance. This text box I'm typing in right now fails--as it should with light gray text on a white background. Love it.
