PhotoStockTool overview
PhotoStockTool is free metadata (EXIF/IPTC) editor. It will update both the EXIF and IPTC data of your images. PhotoStockTool uses ExifTool by Phil Harvey, and it is already embedded so you don't have to install ExifTool. PhotoStockTool also supports keyword suggestions provided by Shutterstock.

Developer's site no longer hosts the project. Home page has no links on it. Sadly, I guess this simple tool (I like the simple interface for captioning) appears to be dead.

This can make only basic EXIF changes - nothing that something basic like Apple Photos can't do. If you are hoping to, for example, add copyright info to your photos this app will not do it.
