Only recently discovered this and for the money it seems like a steal. So far I does most of what I need with a really nice looking UI. Character count in log message would be useful and in-line difference highlighting but development seems fairly regular so hopefully this will come soon. Cornerstone want to charge me for an upgrade from v 2 which I only recently bought. Might go for this instead.

Looking for an alternative to Cornerstone (which switch to an annual fee) I found XVersion. Really nice svn client. clean, fast and does everything I need. Had a question. The developer answers within a few hours! Great!

I'm CornerStone user and with a reference from my friend I have information about Xversions. I've just download a trial copy and at first it good with many features, it supports multiple version of SVN (up to version 1.9). In general, it's good. The only one thing that keep annoying me is the appearance of the "._" files. Every folder and file has a counterpart of "._". Ex. ._.svn, ._branches, ._tags, ._trunk, ._Contact.h....... My hard drive is in ExFAT format and I think that this is the reason of the appearance of the "._" file but I'm not sure. I cannot find a mean to hide them from Xversions's Preferences...

Hi
Seeing those ._ files is not an issue with Xversion it is the expected behaviour. You will see the same thing if you run svn status on the command line. You can however set Subversion to ignore these files. If you open the config file by selecting "~/.subversion/config" from the "Edit" menu in Xversion you will see the the setting "global-ignores". If you uncomment this and add "._*" to the list it will ignore those files and stop them being listed. Hope this helps.

Just switched from Cornerstone which wanted to charge a huge upgrade premium. XVersions has a few little glitches but over all, solid and feels lighter than Cornerstone. No problem connecting to my repo or importing my working copies.

I wouldn't call the interface "elegant" quite yet.
