Needs an uninstaller. EasyBee installs 2 system-level daemons. Even when you quit EasyBee from the menubar, one daemon keeps running. If you kill it, it restarts a new one. Even rebooting your Mac doesn't stop this daemon from running. You have to find both files and delete them (/Library/Launch*/com.devguru.easybee*.plist). It would be friendlier to provide an Uninstaller to remove them if/when you decide you don't want EasyBee on your Mac anymore.

Consistently crashes the Dock and Finder, locking up the OS. I would love to 5star this because I look forward to the potential, but right now it's alpha- software.

"Quit EasyBee" from the menubar is just quit action of program.
Even if you quit the program, daemon runs continuously to recognize device.
If you want to uninstall the program, you have to delete it by dragging the program to trash.
We are going to add this description into FAQ of our homepage.
Thank you for your opinion about our product.

@salee Dragging the app into the Trash won't get rid of the daemons. You also have to delete the plist files from /Library/LaunchAgents and /Library/LaunchDaemons (which requires admin privileges).

If you delete the program when tray icon is activated on the menu bar, two of plist files are deleted.
Please try and check it again.

It's hardly obvious that deleting the app while it's running results in different behavior from deleting it when it's inactive. As a long-time Mac user, I'm accustomed to apps not being deletable while they're in-memory. You really need to explain this behavior in EasyBee's help files.

Installer requires you to accept their Privacy Policy without stating what the Privacy Policy is! Their website doesn't have their Privacy Policy either. Their EasyBee FAQ has no answers to any of the listed questions, none of which addresses their Privacy Policy.
