Copied overview
Copied is a full-featured clipboard manager. Save text, links, and images that you’ve copied to your clipboard from any app. Quickly access your saved clippings from the menubar and copy them back to your clipboard in their original format or in a variety of different formats, using templates. Create lists and organize your clippings. Use hotkeys to select a list and copy clippings from the list without switching away from your active window.
Copied also provides continuity between your devices. With iCloud Sync and Clipboard Sync, you can pick up right where you left off on any device. Copied uses iCloud Sync to sync your saved clippings and lists so that you can access them from any device. Clipboard Sync works in the background to automatically update your clipboard whenever you copy or save clippings from another device.

I'm a clipboard app addict.
I use Copied mainly for coordinating clippings and lists between Mac, iPad, and iPhone.
I also use Pasta as a Mac Archive, Copy'em Paste, LaunchBar, and Paste.
I'm happy to see the update to Copied.

ATTENTION!
After installing v2 you will need to download and install PasteHelper in order to perform some important actions. After upgrading to v2 I discovered I could no longer double-click to paste into active apps.
PasteHelper will install a small script that lets you paste clippings directly into the active app.

This along with the iOS versions make collecting and re-using snippets of text so easy it's actually fun to do. Standout features are sequential copy/past in the copied browser and the ability to auto tag copies based on Regex/Match name.

I like the app but it has some issues I don’t like.
1. There’s no Undo function.
The dev. says he's working on it.
Periodically you must cull the entries or it runs out of space. I try to do it quickly because there are hundreds to remove. A few times I accidentally deleted one and caught it immediately but couldn’t do anything about it - gone forever.
2. In the prefs you can choose how many items to keep, ranging from 10 to 1000. It will only keep up to the number you choose so don’t set it too low - I chose 1000. If you forget to cull them and it reaches that limit, every time you copy a new item the oldest one will be deleted. BUT THERE’S NO WARNING!
There an item counter at the bottom of the copied items window that turns red when you’ve hit the limit - that’s the only clue.

Still the best.
Works like a charm with 10.12.
Only problem I have after 7-10 days working Copied become unstable and stop syncing between devices. Some story for macOS/iOS.

Easily the most powerful and versatile clipboard manager around. Being able to copy and paste between devices is just the first step. It also does boilerplate ("lists"), merges, templates and transformations. The down side is that some of these functions have no obvious or intuitive way to access them. Even after reading the online instructions, I've had to contact the developer several times concerning how to set up or use function X, Y or Z. Then one function that I consider essential for my work is so far not available. For that, I continue to rely on the competition. Perhaps, when this software is more mature, I'll take another look at it.

So far, this has been great. Having the same clipboard contents on my Mac, my iPhone, my iPad and my MacBook makes life much more convenient. Further, the developer has kept up with the product. -Easily- worth the money.
