MobiKin Assistant for Android overview
MobiKin Assistant for Android lets you manage the files on your SD card and transfer them from your Android device to your Mac via a simple USB cable. Photos in formats such as PNG, BMP, JPEG/JPG, GIF, etc., can be imported and exported; eBooks can be imported, exported, and deleted; music can be transferred, and you can also delete the songs you do not like or you can search your music files; and videos can be managed, including deleting the old ones and searching for the new.

It has wonderful features coupled with very cheap pricing. The interfaces is intuitive, without any ads. And everything is running ok.
If you really need Android data manager, I can highly recommend MobiKin Assistant without any doubt.

Oh yes, and the current version appears to be 3.5.15 (!).

If you are a Mac user, this tool allows you to manage and backup android phone easily. You can transfer data out of your phone easily.

Well, it works great, beyond my expectation. I connect the phone to pc with USB cable, and it just scan the phone data and show them on desktop, then there are options to export and import the files form phone.

This program is a good tool for android phones, I can transfer or backup data on pc.
The text messages, contacts all can be saved as csv formats . This is convenient for printing.

I tried several android phones, not all of them can be detected,
maybe they are not rooted.
And it takes a long time to install the drives on pc.
So, slow detecting process.

Anyway, this is an android phone manager, I can edit or add contacts on pc, and it has windows and Mac version, I think this is good.
