I love this app but I have an issue. My SSD Free space reading within this app says I have 171 GB free but in the about this mac section on my laptop it says I have about 300 GB free. 300 GB is the accurate reading. Why does iStatistica only read 171 GB as free space. Any answer please, I do like the look of the app. I have the late 2016 MacBook Pro 15 ich with touchbar maxed out except ssd which is 500 Gb.

Hi. This is not an issue. This is about how Sierra calculates free space. There is a good article that describes it: https://sixcolors.com/post/2016/10/purgeable-storage-sierra/

The first version were very good. Compact and easy. Now it is becoming a bulky app that shows too many information that cannot be disabled. Was a 5 star apps ... now 3 at max.

All new features can be hidden. Disable CPU and Memory and you'll get almost the same app as 1.x or 2.x versions.

No you cannot disable the new features. For example previously the memory, processor and drive performance was only presented as circle. Which was fine. Now you also see a dreadful graph below. So please add an option to disable the graphs for every. ATM I removed your app. As said, it is too bulky now.

Widget and menu are completely customizable. Settings button for menu and (i) button at the right side of widget caption. Then uncheck "memory" and "processor" to disable them. Hope you'll use iStatistica again.
Soon we'll add show off/on by simple click on the memory or processor circles to make it easier.

There were lots of wishes to display these charts, but we keep them switchable, just to keep iStatistica simple for those who've loved it for simplicity.

I have a big request - Andrey, could you please develop an iStatistica version compatible with osx 10.9.5? This software is brilliant and simple, but I'm forced to work on Mavericks on all my macs and it's just frustrating that I don't have those stats you give us. I'm sure there are lots of people that would back me up on this. Pretty please...

We thought about legacy OSs support but it seems that iStatistica should be heavily rewritten to support a least 10.9. Also widget has to be ripped off cause the first version with widgets is 10.10. 10.9 market share is about 1%, seems too much effort for us here, sorry.

Right now we are working on macOS Sierra support. Lot's of things have changed there: notification center backgrounds, sizes and drawing stuff. So, our top priority is to come with compatible update as soon as Sierra GM will be available.

I just installed the app from the app store. And it works perfectly. Its unintrusive and loaded with info about my system. Takes little room on the menubar.

Just installed a copy I got from someone to try and it fails to do the main thing I wanted to check it out for - it doesn't display my IP address. It shows the address for the router and my computer, but not my public address. Uninstalling now - glad I didn't waste two bucks on it. I'll try Skeebus next - it's free and looks promising since it also displays the geographical location and I sometimes use proxy or VPN servers.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality of cracked versions of our apps nor downloaded from untrusted sources. AppStore version was tested to display external ip and relies on 3 different external services to provide stable ip detection when some of these services are not reachable from your network (ie when using proxy or vpn that refuses connection to these services)

It works fine for me on all my Macs. If paid the extremely modest price of $1.99, which is affordable for everyone.

The only problem I've encountered is that changing from Centigrade to Fahrenheit does not change the numbers (it stays on Centigrade) and I find it hard to believe that my HDD is running at 249º C.
