It would not work and it turns out I didn't need it to load the Lightroom and Photoshop add-ons, which can be done through LR and PS. I only downloaded it because Astropanel's YouTube video showed that as the way to get add-ons into the software.

Now that Abobe Extension Manager has become unusable and with their Add-Ons system lagging, this little treasure has come to the rescue more than once. Thanks, Anastasiy!

Mmm . . . I am on Mac OS 10.10.5. I have PS v 2014, 2015, and 2015.5 Desktop installed. The Anastasiy's Extension Manager, in the Applications folder, opens the pane but the icon bounces in the Dock and no Adobe apps appear in the left panel. I had to force quit as the app was not responding.
