Try Flycut, it's free and works great.

Unlike some, I have had no probs with this application. In fact, I love it. This developer makes other fine apps, some free, which I have had success with also.

Been searching for a good clipboard manager ever since Clips.app went out of development. Still can't find one to compare, so have been using CopyClip 1.5 in the meantime. Imagine how disappointed I was when PAYING for the 2.0 upgrade and finding that it DELETED ALL MY CLIPS! Major bummer. I rely on clipboard mangers to keep track of all the directory paths and unix commands for the various servers I manage. Different flavors of Linux and installed package locations make it trial and error to update/restart services that were setup/installed by other people. Clips was awesome in the way you could hierarchically categorize saved clips by client/subject. (I don't like the new menubar icon either.) Time will tell if I keep it.
