MACUPDATE ADMIN: It is time for you to remove this listing. You are a Ukraine-based site, are you not? Despite the 'owner' in Dubai's statements to the contrary, the encryption is proprietary and controlled by the Russian gov't - this application is NOT safe to use. I call on you to block it from your site on ethical grounds. The NATO powers even warned Ukraine military to stop using it ASAP.

Avoid. Russian spyware. If you do a search on what which ip's it uses, you can also block it with your personal firewall. In this day and age, you'd be out of your mind to use anything designed in Iran, China or the Russian Federation, etc.

Simply the best messaging app! They are also working on adding video calls, and with these it just becomes perfect.
Search on internet the tons of more functions than competitors (e.g. WhatsApp)

Telegram web allows me to use the spellchecker and even Grammarly, which the desktop PROGRAM (use 'app' when you're talking with your little sister!) doesn't.
I hope that soon an upgrade will include this option, THANKS :-)

When I download Telegram on editor site, it cames in a dmg. When I download it here it cames in a zip file. Why ? Has MacUpdate modify the app another time to add some crapware ? That's suspect !
