Overview

GistPal is a code-clip tool for GitHub:Gist lovers. It helps you quickly access your Gist code from the menu bar without interrupting your workflow.

GistPal is not a full-featured code-clips manager with a large window, complex visual code editor, or syntax auto-completion.

  • In this new version, we bring tabs to Gists file management view. Now you can switch files between tabs.
Better code editor
  • We bring more editor option in this new version. Better glyph drawing, better editing, better coloring and more.
Better markdown support
  • We bring GitHub flavored markdown into this new version. Now it can display a task list.
Better dark mode for mojave
  • Tweaked dark mode of GistPal for both UI and TextView content.
Other changes

Most helpful

Really let down that this does not throw your gist URL into the pasteboard upon creating the gist. Additionally the listing does not refresh itself automatically as I would have expected (have to do that manually). Just not a refined experience and received no real reply from the developer from previous requests to have these added many months ago.
