Why is the config a JSON file? Keep your config in Dropbox or under version control (preferrably private) and you can have it synced across multiple computers. Also, it makes it easy to generate a dynamic list of hosts from your hosting provider (if they have an API), so you're

Version 1.1 appears to NOT generate the necessary pref file (.shuttle.json) if it's the first time you've used the app. Had to go to previous releases page (listed in comment below), download version 1.0.1 (which generated the pref file) and then go back to version 1.1.

This is happening to me also, the first version I downloaded was v1.1.0 and the file wasn't being created by the app. Solved by following the steps you recommended. Thanks

"It does exactly what you see and nothing more. "

- Unfortunately it's hard to see what it does, and the animations on the dev's web page go too quickly to understand. Then there's the JSON config; I don't speak JSON, and do not look forward to learning YAL.

I just want to ssh in to my 2 NASs for some maintenance and run local search scripts I wrote.

Gave it a miss, pending better description.

For me definitely a five-star one. Just the json configuration might not be to easy for some of us. It could perhaps read hosts out of known-hosts history, like I have for zsh.

There is also a release 1.0.1 available at Github: https://github.com/fitztrev/shuttle/releases
