Pretty app indeed. There is one and big problem, though: current development of things require integrated cross-platform solutions. Apple felt this trend, and has integrated OS X–iOS-iCloud solutions, to include Notes too (to just mention the equivalent of this app). Without an OS X–iOS-iCloud, perhaps also Android, integration, this app, beautiful as it is, cannot survive.

Very attractive app. I want to use it. But without iCloud syncing with my iDevices I just cannot use it. Add syncing with Apple Notes or something and I'll be on this immediately. :)
