Sadly it seems support and development is lacking. We're using 1.6 on Mac OS 10.7.5 macbook (2.4 ghz intel core 2 duo with 4GB ram). Every time we try to use Room, Cottage and Wall in the materials and it crashed the program. I tried to sign up for forums and contact support directly, but received various errors on their website. Maybe our computer is too small to handle it.

Creating a software is one thing, but learning it is another one. Many good company are so ambitious to put their software on the market that they forget to put good tutorial for their software. I think a few videos are important to value the quality of a software. For me the creation of the software is 50% of the success and the other 50% goes to the customers by using it. If people pass to much time of learning one simple thing from the software (because of reading or trying figure out how to do this and this...) is the other 50% of the success of the software. I think RaySupreme is one of these softwares. The learning curve is quite difficult.

Ah, awesome and interesting app.
But, before or purchasing it, I am afraid that this app don't be easy and quick. Blender 3D, was awfully difficult and takes a lot of time, I don't have time of learning many tutorials videos, but I have to force myself to learn without fear.
Does this app makes something like the following icons?

Got this for my son who wants to do more 3D drawings. But he's in 4th grade and not ready for more complicated programs. He really likes it and we decided to buy it.
Two wishes:
1. An index of beginner tutorials.
2. A free upgrade to 1.2 (or whatever is supposed to be out next month) for those who bought 1.1 in August (smile)

Application is very slow. If you are rendering at normal quality or high expect hours to render one picture in good resolution. Other programs (e.g. Kinemac) will render whole 1080p animation in a few minutes.
