Be aware, the "Price" of $9.99 is MONTHLY on subscription for the BASIC level, or $120 a year. The Basic subscription only allows two simultaneous connections. Pricing here https://www.goldenfrog.com/vyprvpn/buy-vpn-i I've not USED this service so I'm not offering an opinion on the service, just noting the pricing. By comparison, a service like Private Internet Access (PIA), is only $39.99 for an entire year, with no tiers. That includes 5 simultaneous connections, support for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, no logging, world wide servers, no caps, no throttling, etc, basically everything this service offers. Shop and compare. Read reviews. PIA has a good track record from both users and industry and press reviews.

I'm using the VyprVPN for a month and I'm loving it! His speed is stable and I can use all the speed that my ISP provide me! I didn't have the performance drop uses it. I'm only in the first month of use but I'm loving it! The application is currently in version 2.6.2.2451 and it works perfectly! See: http://cl.ly/YH48/My_VPN.png

After spending days researching VPN providers I decided upon vyprvpn. It had a lot going for it; the company is based in Switzerland, they use only their own servers which they claim are the fastest, they offer an iOS app, they have firewall protection, and they include a dropbox-like file storage system. Unfortunately the service did not live up to the hype. Their app never worked on my iMac, although it worked perfectly on my MacBook Pro. I even deleted the app and associated files (via Clean App and a Finder search), deleted the caches (via Onyx), restarted my iMac, and reinstalled the app. After a long online chat, the representative submitted a ticket which remained unanswered after 24 hours. I configured my iMac manually, per instructions on their website, and was finally able to connect. The speed was horrible. I could sit and watch how each element of a normal webpage appeared as it loaded. Videos were practically unwatchable. The speed was also bad on my MacBook Pro. After synching files to my Dump Truck storage I noticed (via Little Snitch) that after the files had been successfully uploaded, Dump Truck continued to have a high-level of upload activity, which went on until I finally shut down the process. As this is one of the highest-priced vpn options, I was disappointed.
