Good idea and well done. I doubt Apple will let this in into the MAS. Needs lots of polishing, it doesn't run very smoothly on Mac Mini 2010 with Mavericks. It's similar to the iOS application switch, however when I saw this first it reminded me about the Chrome addon called Speed Dial 2 Pro. I am giving it 4 start for the concept.
