In addition to Remoter, you may try R-HUB remote support servers for all your remote support and access needs. It works on Windows, MAC, Android, iOS etc.

I gave it a try as a VNC client, but was not impressed.
The GUI is absolutely not Mac-like, it looks more like a bad porting or a Java app.
I could not make it show the server desktop in 1:1 zoom, it won't let me zoom it larger than the client window (other clients usually allow this and then you can scroll around the desktop).
I could not make the Command key act as the Windows key on Windows servers.
The Italian translation is terrible.

I can fully recommend this software as it serves as a essential tool in my daily work. Remoter is one of the very few administrative tools for the Mac that combines VNC & RDP (and even more) and does its job very reliable. The developer is quite active and very open to bug reports or feature requests. From month to month the software becomes even better and better. Check out the forums at http://forums.remoterlabs.com
By the way, there is also a nice iOS version of Remoter with DropBox synchronisation to the Mac version.
