PDF Form Filler is a app help you to edit your pdf files. With it you can overlay the text, images, check mark, cross mark and signature onto your pdf files. So you can use it to edit your pdf files, fill out pdf forms, or sign agreements and contracts in pdf format. It's incredibly useful.

Basically, this is the same app as the free FormulatePro, with a working "Export PDF" menu choice, which while non functional in FormulatePro doesn't really matter as you can save as pdf in the standard OS X print dialog.
If FormulatePro wasn't free, this app would still be useful. As it is now this version of PDF Form Filler (There are several at MAS with similar names) is still something of a scam.
The price is right, so if you're lazy with the printing and saving a few seconds, it could still be worth it.
I'd like to be able to move text and images with the arrow keys as well as line up different boxes with each other. With those I'd give a 4 star review.

For some days there was a light-version available at the AppStore, but this version has a superimposed watermark on the working page so it is useless.
