AppDropOTA lets an iPhone/iPad developer drag-and-drop their newly-build iOS App and have the App installed and running on your device with just a couple of taps.
The App is placed in the developer's personal website served from their development machine, and an email is queued up to send a tappable URL to the developer's phone.
The developer's machine will need to have Web Sharing turned on, and the "Personal Website Folder" option will have to be configured to point to the default location of $HOME/Sites/, and the iOS device must be on the same network as the development machine.
Alternately, the developer could use a Dropbox account and/or Boxcar.io, which would remove the restriction that the iOS device and the development machine have to be on the same network. The Dropbox directory on your Mac must be in the default location of $HOME/Dropbox
