Update: Turns out the very last level edited is supposed to include the final boss provided that the right icon is used to add it to the level.
If only I could save the game without registering.

Very fun to edit each level, but I seem to have accidentally got rid of the main alien boss in level 80 and probably cannot get it back unless I restart all edtions to all levels.
