Apart from being an excellent application, the developers are excellent communicators and the fact that the application is upgradable for life, despite me buying an early version on special is a good reason for giving them a "Highly recommended".

Nice programme, bought through App store.
When downloading and updating, no longer valid.
Quite misleading and no word from the developer.
Shame !!

First, our link to version 2.4 was posted prematurely. After I contacted the developer, I learned that MacPhun was not yet ready to release version 2.4. For that reason, I've rolled-back our listing to indicate that the latest version is 2.3.

If you purchased Snapheal from the Mac App Store (MAS), you must update it through the Mac App Store. Versions you download from MacUpdate--or from the developer's Web site--will not recognize your MAS license.

Possibly the problem is that you downloaded from the developer site and NOT via the Mac App Store. Once you choose to buy one way, you can't update via the other. Not compatible!

I've blundered into this situation myself, forgetting which way I bought something. If buying from the Mac App Store then updating via a download from the developer's site, you're gonna have a bad time! A no longer valid license is one symptom. Therefore, in this case, go back to the Mac App Store and download it from there, tossing the wrong version in the trash beforehand.

Descent photo editor. I'm impressed with the results! I'm not very good at editing photos, but I enjoy this process with Snapheal.

MACUPDATE, You really need to change this. When i push download from my purchased application list. You send me to this page wich dont have an option to register. This one is a pure TRIAL version.

So maybe have the registable version available for download for us who earlier has purchased the app.

BTW.. One of the best photo apps I'm using

You need to update within the app, or using MacUpdate Desktop. This is the developer's preference.

Yes,Misha, updating the app is no problem when you have it.

I had lost the app itself and wanted to install it. And since you can't register this one you are pretty much screwed. But I was lucky that my wife had it.

I can't understand why they took away the option to register this app..

Dawda, you could really use some lying lessons. Your wife? Really? Are you sure it wasn't pirated and you were looking for a hole to stick your grubby little fingers through and take care of things the way you've always taken care of them? I think a lot of us would feel more comfortable if we knew your nationality too. Thank you!

Finally I found an app for me! You know, I'm not a dummy, but I like when editing photos is a pleasure without nerves or time efforts.
Great solution for those who have many photos that are still waiting for editing.

Keep doing your job, guys!

Worth its price!

It doesn't take much to edit images with this app, but the results are impressive! My vacation photos look great now. This app really can "do magic"!

Also I like the idea with amazing facts that appear while processing the image - I never get bored!

Good job!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!

Easily does all what I want.
Snapheal is pure fun for me!!!
I often use "Clarity" and "Contrast" adjusting tools, they are the most helpful for me i editing photos. I experiment a lot with erasing different objects or people and Snapheal never disappoints me, yeah!!!
I expected it to be just a good app, but it appears to be great!

Nice app and nice price! Photoshop is too expensive for me and I'm not a professional photographer, so I like this app a lot. It makes my old photos look so bright :)
Also I can import photos from iPhoto and save back. But first time I opened the app, I didn't recognize how to do it. Thanks to MacPhun, they explained how :)
Erase has become my favorite tool, it takes not more than 5 minutes to remove all strangers on background.
So, what I can say, it's a nice solution for me.
