I've just got onto rapidlink I'm synching it through rapidcart 3 . The download purchases appear to be working okay but I get this off putting NOT FOUND page. It's not a 404 apache error but probably some internal script issue. I've found the support from Omnidea ( in Italy ) works at a snails pace and is next to useless. It's the age old scenario good product hijacked by lousy customer support. Beware !

Didn't there used to be a way to report problems with links?
In any case, as of 10:55 PCT, 10/17/11, the link downloads the wrong item.
