Thank you for not making this a Crap Store only release. It is good to see we can choose a universal binary edition too. I enjoyed the game. It reminded me of Arkanoid with pinball objects adding a random twist to it. Good job!

A fun, fast paced arcade style game. My one criticism is that its point tally function is dog slow...it really detracts from the overall playing experience, at least it does for me. A well executed arcade game(which UltraBall is) should compute points in just a second or two. Still, at only $5 UltraBall is a bargain for such a well constructed game. And two thumbs up to the developer for keeping the game out of the MacCrapStore, yeah!

I completely agree. UltraBall's score computation process needs to be speeded up quite a bit; as it stands now, this one big fly in the ointment makes Ultraball somewhat of a drag to play. At the end of a game, one has to wait for what seems like ages 'till the score is tallied and to be told that the game is over. Otherwise, Ultraball is kickass fun

Yeah, score computation is horribly and painfully slow....really ruins the game for me. There's an annoying bug where when the paddle is all the way to the right or left side of the screen and you want to hit the ball, the paddle and ball buzz and stall for several seconds when the ball is hit. Hope the developer fixes the abovementioned issues.
