Just purchased this yesterday, and I'm in love with it! It works "just as advertized" and it's so nice to work in a real text editor, and then have the text pasted back into wherever one was working.
The new feature of being able to add your own custom bundle IDs was a big seller for me, because my text editor of choice is the terrific JEdit X.
BTW, If you use JEdit X and want to use QuickCursor with it, the custom bundle id is:
jp.co.artman21.JeditX
Just add this in the QuickCursor Preferences, Custom Bundle ID table, restart and you are good to go!
This program has instantly become a favorite. Highly recommended.

Great little app that lets me use many of my favorite text editors like WriteRoom whenever and wherever I might be imputing text. Very seamless and simple to use that saves on repetitive copy and pasting.
If your favorite editor is not on the list, contact the editor's developer to add support for ODB Editor Suite support.
