The qBittorrent project was started in March 2006 to create a lightweight but featureful BitTorrent client that would be multi-platform and very easy to use.

macOS (i.e., Catalina) won't open this application, alerting that versions 4.6.3 & 4.6.4 need to be updated because macOS can't check either of them for malicious software.

4.5.4 has been out for a while but Monterey says it can't be checked for bugs et al.
