Great application now that the new developer has fixed the Mountain Lion issue.

Looks like it's priced at $14.99 USD on the developers' site.

I'm a long-time user of View Finder and I've found it to be a brilliant app. However, it seems to be incompatible with Mountain Lion and as of today the developer has offered no indication of when (or even if) we can expect an update. So if you're using or intending to upgrade to Mountain Lion, don't purchase this app until it's updated - it doesn't work. Grrrrr.

Viewfinder is great for making presentations - you will find Creative Commons pictures in a snap - including the attribution of the author.
Google of flickr search is ok for one or two pics - viewfinder will help you with more pics in full size.

I would love to have the attribution copied into the visible finder info of the file (spotlight comment or others)

Doesn't appear to be working at this time (July 1 2010) - searches always return no result.
Perhaps Flicker have changed their API and the developer needs to update his product.

When this was working, it worked brilliantly. Fast and uncluttered. Lets hope it's updated soon.

While I'm sure this software is ok, you can do the same thing with this website: http://compfight.com/
