works, but has several fairly serious problems including
only exports one tag per image, fails to export EXIF as promised, have to quit and restart Aperture if you try to export more photos a few hours later during the same Aperture session

developer doesn't seem to be actively handling the Google code issues queue

I gave this a try with the latest trial version of Aperture. The first time it worked like a charm. Unfortunately now it does not work well. The first two photos transfer, then the applet stalls and fails to finish the job.

Is there anything else out there that works with Aperture & Picasa?
