It's About Time to learn the Switch to Mac1.0

"It's About Time" to learn the Switch to Mac is the first and only learning tool that interactively guides you through a typical day in Windows; then, teaches you the equivalent on your Mac. Before our product, you had to purchase a nearly four hundred page book to learn how to 'Switch to Mac'. Our goal in creating this software is to reduce the two to four week period of time to become familiar with using the Mac to about one hour, and we think that we accomplished this. Throughout the learning tool, Saied, the instructor, reminds the user what steps they went through to complete a task in Windows; then, teaches them to perform the same step on with Mac. The best part is right after Saied shows the user each lesson, they can try it on the Mac and receive immediate feedback to find out if they are correct. We teach 'Switchers' a variety of great things about the Mac. They will learn so many interesting things:

• how to configure and check e-mail
• scheduling events with alarms in iCal
• adding contacts in your Address Book
• changing your desktop background & right-clicking
• organizing files in your home folder
• getting to all of your applications and using the Dock so you can quickly open your favorites
• browsing the Web in Safari
• using Dashboard & Widgets
• using ExposŽ
• finding anything using Spotlight.

'Switchers' will never have to memorize steps because the learning tool features step-by- step notes, which are cleverly designed on a notebook sheet of paper behind the Mac window. Each sheet lists the steps as Saied is explaining each lesson.
