Create musical compositions with an emphasis 16th century counterpoint.

Overview

Species Counterpoint should produce viable solutions to many cantus firmi adhering to the rules of 16th century counterpoint.

These rules can be turned on or off and the cantus re-solved thus producing more or less strict solutions.

What's new in Species Counterpoint

Version 1.0 (1.1):

New features:

  • Added Memory Dots for quick store/retrieval of best solutions

There are no parallel 5ths. Thanks for looking so carefully before taking the trouble to write a negative review.
