Overview

iLid is a simple Preference Pane for OS X that lets you control whether or not your Mac laptop will wake up from sleep when you open the lid. (If you've ever had your laptop wake up in its carrying case, you know how important this can be.)

complete waste. just do this from Terminal.app: sudo pmset lidwake 0

"Complet waste" is a bit strong, isn't it ?. Not everyone use Terminal and also not everyone knows about the command line you suggested (thank you by the way !!). Note too, that the application is less than 200ko…
