I now, regrettably, have MAJOR doubts about the integrity of MacUpdate and its independence. Earlier today there was a review question whether this application has ANY useful purpose at all. I replied to that posting agreeing entirely. Those 2 postings have now mysteriously DISAPPEARED WITHOUT A TRACE - to be replaced instead by a posting giving the widget a 3 star rating. NOT VERY HONEST AT ALL MacUpdate. What the heck is going on here ??

A very simple and handy widget that is useful for calculating the % value needed for a given result. Little value for simple % calculation.
However, what I didn't like was that the widget has a message for an iPhone download, and that link takes you to a "pro" version for $0.99. Not really the same thing, so feels like a bit of a bait and switch. Other than that I like the desktop widget.
