onCourse

Version 8.0.2

Comprehensive enrollment and marketing system.

$190.00

onCourse overview

onCourse allows you to track your students, courses, and enrollments comprehensively. With minimal training, your staff will be able to easily manage the most important information from across your organisation: Web site pages, students, enrollments, invoices, tutors, and much more.

Everything you need is there: a full general ledger system, right through to systems to make it easy to market your courses on the web, by email, SMS, or however. Because onCourse automatically updates your Web site as you make changes to course information, or fill places in your courses, your Web site is always accurate and up to date.

With Australian AVETMISS functionality built-in, onCourse makes it a breeze to export correct data every time.

You must install both the server and the client in order to use onCourse. The 'Download' link yields the client application. A download link for the server software can be found in Related Links below.

OnCourse comes as both a commercially supported application, available on a monthly basis for the price quoted; or as a free community edition.
