Safari Guide is a free application for Mac OS X Tiger that allows developers to evaluate arbitrary XPath, XQuery, and JavaScript expressions against the current frontmost Safari webpage.

Using Safari Guide is easy...
  • Open a webpage or XML document in a Safari browser window.
  • Launch Safari Guide and type an XPath expression into the XPath text field, or an XQuery into the XQuery text area, or a JavaScript expression into the JavaScript text area.
  • Click 'Evaluate' and watch the matching sequence of nodes or JavaScript value from
