Excellent and amusing game. Starts off easy enough but a little lateral thinking as you progress through the levels is absolutely necessary!! Well worth the download.

Ugh. It's a good game and I love the concept, but the interface is just HORRIBLE. Not only that, sometimes in the game the instructions tell you wrong things (to "snap", you have to use the left control key, not the left shift key). To get back to where you were, but a few seconds before you died, you press the play button three times and then press record?! And then you have to press return every time it asks you a question (and you have to figure this out). Meh. The graphics aren't that hot, either, even if it is supposed to be kind of retro. There's a reason that those were left behind.

> (to "snap", you have to use the left > control key, not the left shift key). Sorry, you are right here -- the default keys were changed, but the text in the tutorial level wasn't adjusted accordingly. I have to fix this. > To get back to where you were, but a > few seconds before you died, you press > the play button three times and then > press record?! This is just a shortcut. If you don't like it, just press play, wait for the right point to resume, press pause and then press record. Just as you would do on a real tape recorder. Hint: You can also use "F1" and "F2" for quick saving and loading of tape recordings. (Speed depends on your hardware, as the tape must be completely replayed for this.) > And then you have to press return every > time it asks you a question (and you > have to figure this out). Why don't you just use the mouse and press on either the "yes" or "no" button? I thought Mac people are mouse-addicted? ;-) But in general, I agree that the game needs better documentation... :-( > Meh. The graphics aren't that hot, > either, even if it is supposed to be > kind of retro. It _is_ retro -- the graphics are taken from its Amiga predecessor of 1987. If you don't like the default graphics, why not try one of the level sets of Alan Bond or Juergen Bonhagen? They offer complete new artwork of high quality. You can even play other levels with these artwork sets! :-)
