  • any transition and transformation

  • To TBasedSWFStream it is added OnProgress event allowing to display progress for various actions: TProgressWorkType = (pwtReadStream, pwtMakeStream, pwtCompressStream, pwtLoadXML, pwtParseXML, pwtSaveXML);
  • For TFlashMovie it is added a new event and also a global variable-procedure for customizing solutions of images loading. TLoadCustomImageProc = procedure (sender: TFlashImage; FileName: string); TLoadCustomImageEvent = procedure (sender: TFlashImage; FileName: string; var Default: boolean) of object;
  • For TFlashFont it is added functions for fonts loading from external SWF files LoadFromSWFObject, LoadFromSWFFile, LoadFromSWFStream;
  • It is added the Owner property directing to the owner-movie to all objects of Flash level.
  • Some bugs fixed: working with some fonts, video and EMF-files.

And what is a windows technology only library is doing in a MAC forum. From the developper web site: How to play flash movie inside applications ActiveX ShockwaveFlash plays flash movies, it is in the library flash.ocx of Macromedia, Inc. (earlier versions were called swflash.ocx). So the first requirement is this library must be installed. As a rule, it is in the folder [Win_system]\Macromed\Flash\, for example C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\. If not you should install the one before starting of application. Also, you should use ActiveX component TShockwaveFlash in your application. It contains as property Movie so other various methods to manage movie playing - Play, Stop, Rewind etc. Some examples of ActiveX using are at the Using TShockwaveFlash part. So to use this library you need OCX (or windows x386 based DLL for those who are pure MAC developper) Not the right place to publish this product, I'm guessing

there IS open source alternatives to Delphi for Mac: Lazarus is an Object Pascal IDE which utilizes the Free Pascal compiler (runs in X11) Free Pascal's Object Pascal has Delphi compatibility and is available for Mac GNU Pascal is able to use many of the GCC tools with the Pascal language and is available for Mac too

Yes I know about Free pascal and Lazarus, but it still cannot run an OCX solution. This is compiled intel x86 library code for a windows API. Their web site install procedure stipulates that you must install the flash OCX to be able to use their library
