Ergoosie-X is an interactive computer program which through its contents and functions will be able to help you in creating the basic foundations for preventing the appearance of computer and terminal related work injuries.

Ergoosie's task is to create a work environment where all individuals have knowledge and information about how he/she should work in order to avoid future injuries.

The aim is to create a work routine where the user actively takes into consideration how he/she works and that he/she gets used to taking regular breaks and pauses in his/her work.

Ergoosie's task is to create a work environment where all individuals have knowledge and information about how he/she should work in order to avoid future injuries.

The aim is to create a work routine where the user actively takes into consideration how he/she works and that he/she gets used to taking regular breaks and pauses in his/her work. In order for this to be accomplished, the program contains the following:
  • A pause clock that reminds you to take regular breaks.
  • Exercises and movements that are especially good for exposed muscles and joints.
  • A section with ergonomic tips and guidelines concerning the work area.
