This software shows lots of potential and is useful to give a quick overview of rental property. It would be good to have some graphing capabilities and appreciation for capital gains etc. Good start.

This is much needed software on OS X. There is not much to choose from for real estate investors and landlords on our platform while there are plenty of options on the dark side. The couple of options we do have are either unusable dreck or only work in Classic. The only other property analyzer app that does work natively in OS X is iuPro and looks like it might be okay but the tightwad developer won't even give you a fully functioning demo/trial. Screw him. As far as I'm concerned, this is already the best of its kind out there. Keep up the good work.
