Webcam effects and enhancement utility.

Overview

iGlasses virtual camera lets you do more with your camera.

What is iGlasses?

iGlasses gives you the ability to tap into brilliant effects and style adjustments to achieve your perfect webcam look.

The app gives you features such as personal fine turning, it works with Chrome, and you can implement effects when using your Mac webcam. If you’re looking to enhance your webcam experience, this is the app for you.

Look Good, With Fine Tuning Adjustments

Feeling a bit gray today? Green with envy? iGlasses puts settings such as color, contrast and brightness adjustments at your fingertips. Even save preset configurations for different lighting environments. You can even override and fine-tune your built-in camera's automatic exposure and color correction.

Over 50 Fun Effects

Why should Photo Booth have all the fun? iGlasses brings fun effects and 3-D distortions to any video app on your Mac, including Skype, Google+ Hang Out and Facebook chat, even ustream and other Web sites.

Share Pictures and Videos

Media Sharing is just one of the great new features you'll find in iGlasses 3. Drag any image or video file into iGlasses to display it instead of your camera video. Use it to quickly show someone an image, or even to be someone else for a while. The possibilities are endless!

Zoom In For a New Look

Apple's built-in camera provides a great wide angle, but a nice head-and-shoulders shot gives a more professional look. iGlasses digital zoom is a quick way to enhance the appearance of your video chats. Simple controls allow for full digital pan, tilt and zoom. Can be controlled with an Apple Remote on supported Macs.

Save and Restore Settings

When you find the perfect combination of adjustments and effects, save your settings for instant access later on.

Works Seamlessly With Any App, Even FaceTime and Web Chat

Other video enhancement add-ons only show up in certain apps. iGlasses is everywhere you need it. Simply choose iGlasses as your camera in apps such as iChat, FaceTime, Skype and Web apps such as Google+ Hangout and Facebook video.

Try Before You Buy

Some things are best seen first hand. Not sure if iGlasses does what you need? Download the free demo version and try it out for 7 days. Purchase only if you like what you see. Have questions? Send us a message, and we'll write back as fast as we can.

Most helpful

I’ve had this app for years and I used to absolutely love it. But it no longer works in Chrome and only sporadically works in Opera. Why the developers can’t update it so that it’s compatible with all apps and web browsers like how it used to be is beyond me. Definitely can’t recommend it any longer.

Bought this one twice when it used to be a great utililty, but as of macOS Catalina it failes in performance (using 90+% of my mac, vents blowing) and has issues. As of the update to 10.15.5 it just fails to deliver anything (no image). I am dissappointed in the ability of the developers to adress the issues and went aside to the app 'Webcam settings', which is more basic in its posssibilities, but works with several settings and a variety of webcams.

Long time user. This is the app that both Mac and Logitech have never bothered to make. It's packed with functionality and is super easy to install and use. and it now, once again, works perfectly on zoom.

Great product, works on the apps that DO STUFF RIGHT. (Zoom is at fault for the incompatibility - there are work arounds on the net)

I hadn't used the app but the "can't use with Zoom" comments caught my eye as I was aware of recent changes to Zoom regarding virtual cameras. Then I saw this on the developer's web site: UPDATE: "As of May 25, 2020, Zoom has restored access to virtual cameras!" Also, unrelated to Zoom but 10.14 and 10.15 introduced changes that cause a conflict for other apps (https://support.ecamm.com/en/articles/3217016-iglasses-compatibility-with-apps). Hope that helps some folks.

This is crapware. It zooms in on the subject and then crops so when you try to use it for presentations - it will absolutely ruin them. What you see the camera capturing is NOT what is being recorded - total disaster - horrible software. DO NOT USE!

I used to love this app, but it's stopped working even with Quicktime a core system app. When I contact tech support, they are less than helpful, "I don't have any other suggestions at this time. I will mention it to our engineers, but it won't be on their priority list to look into."

Look, I like its functionabilities, but man, this app is obtrusive. It just sits there on top of my other apps with no apparent way to hide it, not even via alt-clicking another app. There's a neat icon in the top bar of OSX, but its only functionality is to bring iGlasses to the front. Where it already is. The demo couldn't be picked as a camera by Zoom. I would've gladly paid for a lightweight and versatile background app that helps me with my camera's color isssues, but iGlasses doesn't fit the bill. (Btw, I think the color correction bit should be built-in in Mac OS X anyway.)
