This software is to find "Domain Name" from IP address of IPv4. It provides GUI for "dig" command of Darwin (Unix), specialised for mapping from IP address to domain name. It retrieves information from world-wide DNS (Domain Name Service).

What's New in IPv4toDName

Version 1.1:
  • Introducing Japanese Language.
  • A new column of the numbers was added at the left edge of the list to show the serial number of digging.
  • The result row is inserted above the target row when the text of IP address was dropped by drag & drop operation.

Requirements for IPv4toDName

Mac OS X 10.3 or later and an Internet connection.
