GoatTracker is a tracker-like C64 music editor. Familiarity with tracker programs in general, hexadecimal notation, and the C64's audio chip (consult the C64 Programmer's Reference Guide, available at http://project64.c64.org) are required to successfully utilize this program.

Err, thanks for your enlightening review, goat man. ;-) Who would want to do music with this program? Those who appreciate the charme of the best sound chip ever and have no fun in point&click orgies with Garage Band but much rather tickle yet another cool song or effect out of this legendary device.
