Image Disturb is a java graphic application. It let you apply effects to 24-bit images. The effects are geometric, convolution, and color transformations. Drawing functions are available, too. It lets you paint with pencil, part of image or color effect.

When I try to open the app I get the following error message:

Uncaught exception in main method: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: util/ExampleFileFilter (Unsupported major.minor version 49.0)
