Overview

So sad to see it go. It's irreplaceable. Still useable though, limping but usable. Was one of my most cherished apps.

Why does editing a not sends it to some random spot on your screen??? Please fix this. Also, please add a way to synchronize notes. When i send it from one computer to another one, and edit it later, changes should appear on both computers, no matter which one it was edited on. thanks

Boy they've had a long time to get it together with this ... just hasn't happened. I think I've tried every version. What is their problem?

I used this program for the trial period on 5 different Macs. Two were on Tiger and three Panther. I don't remember it ever crashing on any of them. It is a nice program for my office but I have held off purchasing it because it seemed to use a lot of processor. My employees complained it made the Macs slow sometimes. Most of them have less the 1 gig of RAM. I would buy it if it were more thrifty with resouces. My email is so over used it would be nice to keep intra-office notes separate from email. When we actually write notes on paper they sometimes get overlooked or lost.

Wow, now THAT is what I call an update! Not only did Insist change the way things look, but also the way things communicate in version 1.2. The use of RendezVous makes the program suitable for people who want to share confident information without going through the Insist hosted iSticky server. The stickies look better, and are much more customizable now too. I also like the new progress window that pops onto the screen when there is a connection with the server. Way to go. I know you have a winner here, Insist! (btw: I know the developer personally, so my comments might look biased, but truly, this is a great update, and I think your Mac OS X machine deserves it)

If this ran locally over rendevous without needing to use your server it would be cool, I don't like the idea of having stickies which could have confidential info on someone elses server.
