Gets the job done, but it is very un-make like.
BannerZest is a better app, but cost more.

Sorry I meant "un-mac" not "un-make"

Unless I'm overlooking something VERY obvious (that may be the case), I have no "Slide Properties - Image" pallet...although it should be here.

Everytthing else seems to work, but need that to make any kind of fades/transitions.

What am I doing wrong?

well after more use I stumbled onto many bugs... rendering this interesting app truly annoying.... the jpg compression is really awful (Thank god Fireworks exists). The export does not work the way it is supposed to when you try using imported jpg data (it creates a huge file instead containing all the images instead of linking to external files).... well Buggy it's its midle name. I'm annoyed, can you tell?!?

Great app, simplifies making cool slideshows, whether you use Flash or not it still simplifies the whole process quite a bit. Great support. What else can I say :-)

This thing is great. I am not a web developer and I was able to create Flash animation with images and text quickly. I never even read the documentation.
It does what you need it to without having to spend $800 for Flash. Nice app.

I rarely give 5 stars across the board, but this application was worth every penny, EASY to use, and, quite frankly, the answer to a prayer!

I strongly, strongly, STRONGLY recommend this if you want to add a little flash movie to a website, especially if you are a graphic artist, not a computer geek, like I am.

If you're looking to create Flash slide shows quickly and painlessly, SWF 'n Slide is worth checking out. I had a simple slide show with smooth transitions up and running in about 30 seconds. Much easier than trying to build this in Macromedia Flash.

Stability seems good with this release (version 1.100) - I didn't run into any of the problems others ran into with the beta versions below.

I did have a problem during installation, which turned out to be my fault. (I didn't read the directions correctly.) The developers were excellent with their tech support, with quick, helpful answers via email.

In summary, if you're looking to build professional-looking SWF slide shows without dealing with the hassle and cost of authoring in Macromedia Flash, give this software a spin.

Not a great deal on demo. Cannot re-open a save file. Quit on error in start/duration timing. Doesn't take accent in text. Doesn't remember font from previous slide. More of a beta version to me. Working with 10.3
